Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

We collect your email address and password (stored as a salted hash) when you create an account; the questions, documents, and messages you submit to the service; usage metrics (token counts and spend against your daily allowance); and payment records processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your messages are sent to external processing providers solely to generate responses. We use usage data to enforce daily credit limits and payment data to activate your day pass or credits. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your conversations to train third-party systems.

3. Third-Party Processors

Responses are generated using external processing providers under their own data-processing terms; payments are handled by Stripe. We share with them only what is necessary to provide the service.

4. Sensitive Information

Legal questions are often sensitive. Please do not include government ID numbers, full financial account numbers, or other information not needed for your question. Conversations are stored so you can revisit them; you can delete any conversation at any time, which removes it from our systems.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

Conversations remain until you delete them. Account and billing records are kept as required for tax and accounting purposes. To delete your account entirely, contact us at the address below.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures including encrypted transport (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and session tokens. No system is perfectly secure; use a unique password for your account.
